Hello, I recently installed elementary OS (Hera), I am new to linux, and I have a problem with the LAN driver, which does not work, I read that it was because of the kernel, and I tried some distros in which the driver works LAN (Deepin 20, Elementary OS 6, Manjaro 20.0.7), in the end I found the driver on the intel page, the version is I219-V [https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/82186/Intel -Ethernet-Connection-I219-V], but I don't know how to install it in elementary since the instructions only show how to use it in windows. Could you help me to understand how to install it? My Motherboard is a Prime ASUS H510M-E
